South Park, 11 am - 3 pm

Take the Pledge:  I will not drink and drive...

Teen Day Fuquay, sponsored by the Fuquay-Varina Police and Town of Fuquay-Varina, is a free, hands-on learning experience to help teens understand that distracted driving can have devastating consequences.  By using a variety of activities that simulate the effects of alcohol and texting while driving, teens safely experience the realities of distracted driving.  There's no preaching (because we all know that doesn't work with teens!) and our survey of event participants indicates that teens get the message:  Driving and drinking or texting simply DO NOT mix.

Join us for the 7th annual Teen Day Fuquay on Saturday, April 29th from 11 am - 3 pm at South Park located at 900 S. Main Street.  Take the Drive Wise Course Challenge, listen to music, hang out with friends and meet your local police and fire personnel.  Free pizza and soda will be served around 12:30 pm.  Lots of prizes.  Tell a friend!

Teen Day Fuquay is made possible through a community effort between the Fuquay-Varina Police, Fuquay-Varina Fire Department, Wake County Emergency Management and volunteers from Fuquay-Varina High School and Fuquay-Varina Middle School.  We are very grateful for this community involvement!
